It also has a train station. various bus routes which would go into Murcia, two taxi ranks , two churches and two council buildings. Many independent solicitors. Both primary  and secondary schools. There is every shop you could wish for and more . Alcantarilla has plenty of parking and even boasts underground parking. Alcantarilla is a very vibrant busy town and also has a market on Wednesday. All this and only 15 minutes to the city of Murcia.

ENTRANCE. The property is entered via electric metal gates onto a gravel driveway. The finca has a large covered terrace area with decorative metal railings which overlooks the pool area.
